Lazydays will open a second Minnesota dealership with 57,000 square feet of indoor space in Monticello, Minnesota.

The company said its new 10.68-acre property will begin operations in the spring.

“We are very excited to expand in Minnesota,” Chairman and CEO William P. Murnane, said. “Minnesota is a top 10 RV state and this will be our second sales center in Minnesota.”

Lazydays’ current sales center in Ramsey will be converted to a standalone Airstream dealership with sales and service teams, Murnane said.

Lazydays operates 11 dealerships in Florida, Colorado, Arizona, Minnesota, Tennessee and Indiana, with a service center near Houston. In addition to its new location, Lazydays recently announced its intent to acquire Sprad’s RV in Reno, Nevada.

“The new dealership is ideally located northwest of Minneapolis between Minneapolis and St. Cloud, and will offer leading brands including Tiffin, Coachmen, Thor, Forest River, Vanleigh and Winnebago,” Murnane said. “In addition, the large indoor showroom at this dealership will offer customers a warm and welcoming environment to shop for an RV during the cold Minnesota winters.”
