Lippert Director of Corporate and Community Impact Michilah Grimes is taking on a new role at the company.

As Grimes steps down from her former position, she will remain on Lippert’s philanthropy team. In her new position, she will focus on external, customer-facing initiatives. Lippert said she will continue leading the company’s seRV With Purpose program and representing Lippert through RVIA’s Emerging Leaders Coalition projects.

Grimes said, “It is truly humbling to reflect on the journey from starting something from scratch in 2015 to where it is today. Witnessing the dedication and hard work of our team members and communities in changing the lives of others is inspiring.”

During her time as the director of corporate and community impact, Grimes spearheaded numerous projects. She led Lippert’s 100,000 Hour Volunteer Initiative, oversaw Lippert’s charitable donation process, built nonprofit and community member relationships, organized Habitat for Humanity builds, oversaw the Lippert Cares Foundation’s creation, managed the Lippert Cares Community Impact Grant creation and piloted what is now seRV With Purpose.

Lippert said Grimes “worked tirelessly to bring the industry together with the common cause of bettering our communities.”

In 2022, Grimes co-launched the inaugural RVIA Emerging Leaders Coalition Park Improvement Event. Large event highlights during her time in this position include the Lippert Volunteer Week Pack-Out, the Lippert Soccer Tournament and Bids 4 Kids.

Lippert said these events demonstrate “how she has led with her heart and followed it up with action.”
