Lippert Components has promoted Mike Bloss to senior director of its Technical Institute, the company said Friday.
Bloss most recently served as Lippert’s director of educational services.
Bloss began his Lippert career in 2012 as a customer service technical representative, working directly with OEMs, dealers and retail customers to diagnose and resolve product issues.
Lippert Senior Vice President of Customer Support Services April Klein said Bloss’ hands-on experience shaped his approach to leadership and training, grounding it in real-world service challenges.
“Mike’s career at Lippert reflects both deep technical expertise and a genuine passion for helping people,” Klein said. “As we look ahead, his leadership will play a key role in evolving how we train and support the industry.”
Bloss will focus on strengthening cross-functional partnerships, evolving how technical content is delivered and accessed, and expanding training programs that help reduce service challenges across the RV industry. He will support broader initiatives aimed at improving service repair methods, reducing warranty claims and broadening service technicians’ strength.
“I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to step into this role,” Bloss said. “What excites me most is the ability to build on the relationships I have developed across the company and work even more closely with our teams to deliver technical content and training that truly helps our customers. By improving how information is shared and skills are developed, we can make a meaningful impact on the service experience and the industry as a whole.”
Bloss has helped expand digital training, certification and technical content at the Technical Institute.
“This promotion reflects our confidence in his ability to guide,” Klein said, “and empower our team members to turn insight, innovation and partnership into solutions that reduce service challenges and keep customers on the road.”
