A 15% increase in the OEM segment pushed LCI Industries to $1 billion in net sales for the third quarter of 2025—a 13% increase in overall net sales compared to the third quarter 2024.

Lippert reached $1 billion in quarterly sales for the first time since 2022. Lippert posted $1 billion in quarterly sales for the first time in the first quarter of 2021.

LCI reported profits of $62 million for the third quarter of 2025. The total is up 75% year-over-year.

The company said the increase was primarily due to a $105.6 million increase in net sales of the OEM segment “driven by sales price increases related to material costs, sales from acquired businesses and higher North American RV sales driven by market share gains and an increased mix of higher content fifth-wheel units.”

President and CEO Jason Lippert said the company’s diversification strategy has contributed to the strong performance and resulted in 13% revenue growth.

“Our leadership teams have worked diligently to optimize our productivity, footprint and resources, positioning the company for strong performance as the industry begins to recover from this prolonged cycle,” he said. “We are also once again adding outstanding businesses to our flagship brands through disciplined, strategic acquisitions.”

RV OEM sales increased 11% to $470.1 million.

Lippert’s aftermarket segment recorded a 7% net sales increase to $246.5 million. The company credited the increase to demand for upgrade and service parts and an expanding relationship with Camping World.
