Chinook RV, a Type B manufacturer, said the company is looking to expand its current dealer network to add experienced RV dealerships in new territories.

The manufacturer has been in business since 1938. Company representative Seth Buchheit said Chinook has new chassis arriving and motorhomes ready to ship.

Among the 2023 models Chinook RV released is the Type B Bayside, built on the Ford Transit 350HD all-wheel drive chassis. The motorhome has two floorplans including a dry bath and Onan generator with an optional lithium battery upgrade.

“The Bayside is rich with features that make it ready to compete,” Buchheit said.

Chinook also manufactures a pair of Type B-plus motorhomes, the Summit and Maverick. The Summit is a Mercedes Sprinter chassis measuring 23 feet, 9 inches long. The Maverick is built on the Ford Transit all-wheel drive chassis and measures 24 feet, 5 inches long.

Buchheit said the manufacturer’s redesigned motorhomes began production in the fall. He said the company is “eager to set up new dealer partners in available territories to provide sales and service to our customers.”
