Midwest Sales and Service Names Vice President of Operations

Will Troyer

Midwest Sales and Service, Inc. (MWSS), an RV appliance and electronics supplier, has promoted Will Troyer to the role of vice president of operations, effective immediately.

The promotion was made to streamline the operations of the business.

Troyer joined MWSS in February 2021 and has been an integral part of managing and projecting inventory over the past year. As Operations Vice President, he will oversee all of the company’s operations and ensure that the logistics and inventory management are first-class.

Troyer offers over 20 years of RV industry experience, having held roles with Dometic and Atwood Mobile Products most recently. Troyer is commended for his technical knowledge and approach to business relationships to help solve customer’s needs.

“I am thrilled for this opportunity to work with such a motivated team here at MWSS,” Troyer said. “Our like-minded values and ability to solve problems together will continue to be the foundation of our success. The future is bright for us.”

Troyer said the company’s relationships with customers and key suppliers like GE Appliances allows flexibility and growth potential for MWSS.

“This industry is in my DNA,” Troyer said, “and I personally look forward to applying my skills to help our team and the industry grow to its full potential for years to come.”

Heath Wechter, MWSS president and CEO, said the new role was fitting for Troyer due to his part in inventory management and projection.

With this personnel change, Kevin Herrity will now become Vice President of Sales and focus his leadership efforts on advising the sales team to maintain our partnerships and existing relationships while also growing new business opportunities.
