Newly added this year, attendees at RVs Move America Week will have the opportunity to receive media training at 1:45 p.m. ET June 6. RVs Move America Week will be June 5-9 at the Mayflower Hotel, Autograph Collection in Washington, DC.
The interactive media training session provides participants with the tools to handle media interviews and deliver their message with confidence when interacting with media, whether in print, on the phone or on camera, RVIA said.
Anyone looking to brush up on their interview skills or those looking to gain a new set of skills are invited to attend. The session will cover:
- Why it is important to work with the media
- How to have quotable soundbites
- How to handle tough questions
- How to look and sound authoritative in any media situation
