Author and educator Mike Sokol will discuss electronics and electricity systems within RVs on a livestream hosted by the New England RV Dealers Association.

Sokol is author of RV Electricity Safety and has been an instructor at the Boston RV & Camping Expo. The New England association plans to bring Sokol back again in January for the 2022 Expo, scheduled for Jan. 14-17.

Sokol provides information to RV owners who want to better understand the complexities of RV electricity and how to identify challenges with the new technologies being built into towables and motorhomes. Sokol listed examples as automation and integrating smart-phone control systems.

The livestream will be broadcasted at 7 p.m. EST Nov. 3. The association will give away several copies of Sokol’s book during the stream. Interested viewers can find the stream on facebook.com/rvinginnewengland. Bob Zagami and John DiPietro host the livestream at 7 p.m. every Wednesday.
