A change has come to RV entry door latches. Lippert Components launched the LatchXtend RV door handle extension.
Mark Boessler, Lippert aftermarket division senior vice president of sales, said, “With this product, we are providing RV owners with a game-changing advantage, one that significantly enhances the ease of access and operation of their entry doors.”
The product differs from traditional RV door paddle latches. Lippert said the LatchXtend handle measures 14 inches and provides leverage.
The handle eases use for children, seniors and those with limited mobility.
Boessler said, “The LatchXtend latch and handle offer a level of convenience and functionality that has been notably absent from conventional RV paddle latches.”
