Two former Grand Design RV general managers are helping lead a new RV manufacturing startup.

Brinkley RV, based in Goshen, Indiana, will be led by four co-owners and founders. Former Grand Design RV GMs Nate Goldenberg and Micah Staley join former Grand Design co-founder Ron Fenech and former Red Rock Supply and Indiana Transport executive Ryan Thwaits.

“What drew me most to this opportunity with Brinkley was the chance to work with Micah, Nate and Ryan,” said Fenech, who will serve in an advisory role while daily operations are overseen by Goldenberg, Staley and Thwaits. “I have worked with all of them and know how talented they are.

Brinkley RV recently broke ground for three production facilities on a 252-acre campus near the Elkhart County Fairgrounds on Goshen’s southeast side. Brinkley RV estimates construction will be complete in Q4 2022.

“Micah and Nate are two of the best product guys in our industry,” Fenech said. “And Ryan is a very successful businessman who knows how to get things done. I trust each of them and I know our dealers do as well. Our goal is simple: to be the best. This is going to be fun.”

Brinkley RV said it anticipates beginning production in early 2023 and expects to employ 350 by the end of 2022.
