The National RV Training Academy (NRVTA) has hired Karen Searcy as its new student advisor.

Searcy recently worked as a senior living advisor in Dallas.

“Karen has a real heart for helping people, and it shows in the way she interacts with prospective students by encouraging them to dream big,” said Tony Flammia, NRVTA’s director of sales and marketing. “As a mother of four adult sons, she understands how advanced training can open doors to a better income and more purposeful life.”

Searcy and her family are experienced RVers. After moving to Athens, Texas, they needed their RV repaired and learned about NRVTA. As she learned more about the school and its mission, Searcy felt drawn to be part of it, the organization said.

“I feel like I belong here and am aligned with the company’s mission to train successful business owners,” Searcy said. “I want to be a part of the school’s growth and watch students I enroll to do what they love and to be successful as well. Mobile RV technicians and inspectors are so hard to find, and the need is strong.”

Searcy can be reached at [email protected].
