NTP-Stag released its RV University (RVU) Professional Retail Organization (Pro) Education Speaker Lineup for Expo 2022.

The Expo will be held in person Jan. 25-26 at the Caesars Forum Convention Center and virtually Jan. 31-Feb. 4. NTP-Stag said it is continuing to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and are in constant communication with the host venue and local authorities.

The first two speakers announced are Corey Perlman and Kelly McDonald.

NTP-Stag President Bill Rogers said the Pro education series provides opportunities to share business insights from well-regarded speakers.

“Now with the Pro series in its 12th year,” Rogers said, “we are proud to include Corey Perlman and Kelly McDonald’s informative and actionable presentations to the library of more than 60 courses available to industry professionals of all levels. We know Expo 2022 attendees will benefit from what they have to say while their perspective will provide essential tools that effectively reach new customers and maximize customer interactions.”

Expo 2022 will be his second year as a Pro speaker, providing insight on creating and publishing social media content that sparks engagement, fuels interest and drives results.

Perlman will address opportunities to connect with today’s RV customer, spanning multiple generations and lifestyles. His presentation will guide attendees on how to deliver a mix of content categories across the most popular social media platforms.

McDonald, considered by some a national expert in leadership, marketing, the customer experience and consumer trends, will make her first appearance as a Pro speaker. Her presentation, titled “How to Market to, Sell to and Serve People Not Like You,” will demonstrate how to recognize what resonates with customers and tailor messages and marketing efforts to reflect consumer values.

The quarterly supplemental education series webinars provide instruction on a variety of subjects including store readiness, customer and team member relationship management and e-commerce and salesmanship.
