The NTP-Stag Expo 2024 in Kissimmee, Florida, will host a fixed operations online training and certifications program overview.
The workshop will be at 2 p.m. Jan. 15 and is available to RV fixed operations professionals.
Patrick Calpin, RVDA’s director of partnerships, and Tony Yerman, Mike Molino RV Learning Center fixed operations consultant, will lead the workshop. The training and programs apply to various employees, including new industry members and experienced staff seeking to sharpen their skills.
The fixed operation online course will cover:
- Efficiently managing the parts and service departments to improve repair event cycle time (RECT)
- Parts and service management workflow organization
- Effectively managing difficult customers and improving customer satisfaction
- Improving employee retention through professional development and recognition
Attendees can register for free fixed operations certification readiness tests through the RV Fixed Operations Today mobile app.
