Mark Treacy said he found the right buyer for his dealership when he was connected with Lazydays RV representatives.

Treacy, who owned Arizona-based Orangewood RV Center, opened the dealership in 1996. He said he specifically targeted the 10-acre West Bell Road location for its proximity to the greater Phoenix market and high-traffic accessibility.

Over the years, Treacy added a collision center and 21 service bays. He said he entertained other offers to sell before selecting Lazydays RV. Treacy worked with RV Business Solutions’ Partners Mike Lankford and Scott Degnan on the transaction.

“They mentioned to me that every deal seems to die at least three times before it closes,” Treacy said, “and that was absolutely the case in my situation. Although I had other opportunities to sell my dealership, in the end I felt that Lazydays was the best option for me and my employees. We have a similar culture and approach to business, which should help provide a smooth transition for all involved.”

Since 2021, RV Business Solutions has advised on the sale of over 50 RV dealership locations totaling over $500 million in transactional value.

Lankford said, “I have known Mark for many years and could not be happier for him and the entire team at Orangewood RV.”
