Outdoor Hospitality Industry Board Elected

The Outdoor Hospitality Industry (OHI) revealed a newly elected Board of Directors for the coming year.

The association, formerly known as the National Campground and RV Association (ARVC), conducted board elections at its 2023 Outdoor Hospitality Conference and Expo in Kansas City, Missouri on Nov. 5-9.

OHI’s Executive Committee includes President and CEO Paul Bambei; Chairman Joe Moore, Moore’s Campground Consulting; Vice Chairman Jim Button, Evergreen Campsites; Second Vice Chairman Charles Amian, Pismo Coast Village RV Resort; Treasurer Jeff Hoffman, JAH Consulting; Secretary Brian Saunders, Pinewood Lodge Campground and Immediate Past Chairman Bert Davis, Dells Camping Resorts.

New board members include John Sheedy from Park Brokerage and Jed Wood from Blue Rocks Campground. Both will serve three-year terms, with re-elections in 2026.

Two current board members were re-elected for their second three-year terms: Ed Miller of Rush No More RV Park, Resort, Cabins & Campground and Jim Button of Evergreen Campsites.

Barb Krumm from Ocean Lakes Family Campground was elected to her first three-year term after filling a vacated term last year.

Other board members include Robert Bouse, Travel Resorts of America; Kathy Dyer, Maine Campground Owners Association; Jon Gould, Treehouse Communities; Tyler Grim, Canyon Country Campground; Barb Krumm, Ocean Lakes Family Campground; Karen Kymer, Kymer’s Camping Resort; Michael Moore, AGS Guest Guides; Terry Munoz, The Retreat RV & Camping Resort; Lance Pitre, Lakeview Park & Beach; John Sheedy, Park Brokerage; Kitty Winship, Papoose Pond Family Campground and Jed Wood, Blue Rocks Campground.
