Overland Expo West, the company’s flagship series typically held in mid-May, was postponed to Sept. 24-26 at Fort Tuthill County Park in Flagstaff, Arizona.

The postponement was implemented as event organizers work to ensure exhibitors, fans, staff and the surrounding Flagstaff community’s health and safety amid the Covid pandemic.

Overland Expo’s Mountain West series will remain scheduled Aug. 27-29 in Loveland, Colorado, along with its East series in Arrington, Virginia on Oct. 8-10.

Tickets and booth space for next year’s West series will go on sale in mid-January, Overland stated. Event organizers anticipate the Expo West event to return to its traditional springtime date in 2022.

Those requesting exhibit space, sponsorship refunds, transfers or order changes are asked to contact [email protected].

Overland Expo released Covid Safety Procedures to offer attendees’ guidance for upcoming events. The company said it encourages those planning to attend any 2021 Overland expos to review the procedures that will be implemented at future shows.
