Dave Josephthal

With a B.A. in psychology from George Mason University and an MBA in marketing from the University of Arizona – Eller College of Management, Dave Josephthal started in the RV industry in 2005 as Product and Territory Sales Manager at Starcraft RV. Josephthal moved to Jayco in 2012, working several national and regional sales positions for the company’s motorhome and fifth wheel brands. During this time, he managed relationships and training for Jayco motorized dealers. In 2021, Josephthal became National Sales Manager of Jayco motorhomes, a position he held 2014 to 2016 before working regional sales for Jayco fifth wheels for a few years.
