Gregg Eash

After graduating from Ball State University in 1983, Gregg Eash started working inside sales at Goshen Electric, Inc. Subsequently in 1997, he started as an operations manager at Alta Resources, which would later become a Dicor division. He had the same position next at American Technology Components, where he managed sales and inventory for the company’s wiper division starting in 2010. In 2015, Eash became National OEM Sales Manager at United Shade.

When he decided to start Global Products and buy Wiper Technologies, he brought on some help. Eash had previously worked with Brad Hipwood, who spent time at United Shade and Genesis Products, and brought him on as his partner and sourcing manager. The pair had over 40 years in the windshield wiper business between them and recruited their CEO Brady McCormick to help with finances.

Though seven employees work at the distribution facility in Greensboro, North Carolina, Eash works in Elkhart, Indiana from home. He said he is most proud that, during a global pandemic, Wiper Technologies was able to gain all of the Rev Group’s wiper systems business.
“We have not shorted anyone or shut them down,” Eash said. “Other companies cannot say that right now.”
