Ken Walters

Jayco President Ken Walters started in the RV industry in 2005 as General RV’s national sales manager. With a degree and years of Marine Corps experience, Walters started his 15 years of retail management in the RV and automotive industries.

After working as National Sales Manager and General Manager at Holiday Rambler, Walters started as National Sales Manager at Prime Time Manufacturing, a Forest River, Inc. division. He became Prime Time Manufacturing General Manager in 2016.

When Walters’ co-worker quit at Jayco two years after Walters started at the company in 2019, he was given additional responsibilities for Jayco’s towable divisions, including Starcraft and Highland Ridge. Walters went from Jayco Vice President of Sales and Product Development in 2017 to being responsible for all Jayco towables and motorized divisions. He became company president in 2020.

Walters lives with his wife and two children in Granger, Indiana. His hobbies include spending time with his family, traveling and watching the Cubs, Blackhawks, Colts and Buckeyes play.
