Pete’s RV Center doubled its Pennsylvania footprint by acquiring Keystone RV Center of Greencastle, Pennsylvania.

Keystone RV Center is the second Pennsylvania location for Pete’s RV Center. Pete’s RV bought a dealership in Mountville, Pennsylvania, in 2020.

Pete’s RV owns eight dealerships including dealerships in Connecticut, Indiana, Massachusetts and South Carolina.

Keystone RV Center opened in 1989. The dealership typically maintains 400 to 500 RVs on its 10-acre lot. The dealership has under 40 employees, according to its website.

“When I began to consider selling my RV dealership, I first attempted to go it alone, and I soon realized that my time and attention was better spent on continuing to run and grow my business,” Keystone RV Center owner Eric Kendle said. “Several business associates then referred me to Mike and Scott from RV Business Solutions.”

“We appreciate the opportunity to have represented Eric in the sale of Keystone RV Center,” RV Business Solutions partner Mike Lankford said.
