Indiana-based Campground Solutions launched its new RV service that brings campers on-site services and repairs.
The company’s Camper Techs is a training and operational platform developed by campground owners to create incremental income for participating locations. The program is in use throughout Indiana and Florida campgrounds.
“Camper Techs complements the traditional core campground business model,” the company stated. “It is fast and easy to implement into the campground’s day to day operation, while providing a much-needed service to their campers.”
Participating sites join a network of North American campgrounds that offer on-site service and repair under the consumer brand United RV Service.
Camper Techs delivers staff and technician training through a video series hosted and demonstrated by industry professionals. Campgrounds are given a complete guide to operations, customer service, estimating, parts acquisitions and scheduling.
“The Camper Tech business plan matches the technician’s level of achievement with the RV repair and replacement services offered at each campground,” the company noted.
In addition, participating sites receive necessary forms, literature and software along with a marketing program made to attract on-site and off-site campers.
