The Pennsylvania Recreation Vehicle and Camping Association (PRVCA) is hosting its first Parts Knowledge Week webinars Nov. 1-3.

The sessions will feature eight different original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and distributors. The event is designed for parts staff, managers and others who can benefit from parts product knowledge.

Each OEM and distributor will speak during one-hour sessions to share how knowing products can be vital to customer service.

Participants will earn one or two continuing education units per session attended.

Each of the three days will have two morning sessions and one afternoon session, in addition to a half-hour lunch.

On Monday, PRVCA will host Safe-T Alert for a session on CO/LP alarms and smoke detectors; Marshall Excelsior Co. for a session on LP hoses, regulators and adapters for RVs; and MORryde will provide a session about trailer suspension.

On Tuesday, Fastway will open the morning by discussing trailer hitch products, followed by King Connect’s session on OEM WiFi and cell boosters. After lunch, Keller Marine will discuss add-on packages at the point of sale with a gross margin return on investment component.

WFCO Electronics will begin Wednesday morning with two sessions on power converters. After lunch, Norcold will discuss refrigerator parts.

Registration is open online at prvca.org and free to anyone in the RV industry. Attendance is limited to 100 participants. Registered attendees will receive a Zoom link to participate in the sessions.
