Recently Certified Personnel Recognized

The Society of Certified RV Professionals has recognized 30 individuals from 12 participating dealerships who earned a new certification. Three individuals renewed their certification during the second quarter of 2023 through the Mike Molino RV Learning Center Fixed Operations Certification Program.

Participation in the recognition program enables the society to publicize individuals’ certification achievements on the national level. Those participating in the recognition program are among the 41 individuals from 18 dealerships who earned certification.

“On behalf of the entire RV industry, we congratulate these professionals and their dealerships,” RVDA President Phil Ingrassia said. “These accomplishments are proof of their outstanding commitment to customer service and satisfaction. Not only do they elevate our industry, but on an individual level, each joins an elite group of certified personnel who have successfully met high professional standards.”

Those in the recognition program who earned a new certification are: Service writer/advisors Richard Christopher Black, Sierra Sonnier, Amber Beard, Andrew McCormick, Matthew Graves, Alexandrea Jewell, Bryan Mitchell, Jacob Alexander), Steven Schneider, Tristan Reed and Keith Baley; parts specialists Amelia McBryde, Christopher Smith, Robert Schmid, Eric Quebedeaux, Stephen Cooper, Jim Fredenburg, Anthony Wetzel, Breanna Cramp, Samantha Knapp, Mike Hoyle and Daniel Martin; parts manager and service writer/advisors Katie Romine and Zabrena Farris, parts manager and warranty administrator Scotty Budig; and parts managers Mitchell Rude, Dan Herkel, Jerry Ross, Anthony Squadrito, and Tina Kinsey.

Sophia Watkins, warranty administrator, Julie Gillett parts manager, and Rob Roarke, service writer/advisor, each renewed their certification.

Fixed-ops professionals can earn certification as parts managers, parts specialists, service writers/advisors, service managers and warranty administrators through the Mike Molino RV Learning Center.

The Society of Certified RV Professionals promotes and recognizes certification among employees who work in the RV industry.
