Relentless Dealer Services is launching Relentless Dealer Services University (RDSU) to provide finance and insurance training to the RV industry.
“Teaching the next generation of RV professionals is a real passion for our group,” said Dom Zappia, vice president of RDS. “We are excited to share our experience with the rest of the industry.”
Through a partnership with the RVDA Convention/Expo, RDSU will offer a free online demo. To access the demo, visit RVDA2021.com, click the RDSU login button in the top left, and join using code RVDA21 (case sensitive).
RDSU’s learning management system provides students with downloadable notes, videos and files; tests the students’ knowledge with quizzes; offers reporting to keep track of student progress; and offers certification upon completion.
Course topics include basics such as reading credit bureaus, calculating loan to value, and objection handling, to more advanced topics like in-depth lender knowledge and structuring deals for maximum profitability.
