Rev Group, Inc. appointed Alan Farash as the new vice president and general manager of Rev Recreation Group, Inc.
The role oversees Rev Recreation Group’s Type A gas and diesel brands American Coach, Fleetwood RV and Holiday Rambler, the two Rev Service and Repair Centers and the company’s online parts warehouse.
Alan is a proven team leader with extensive experience in commercial vehicle technology and manufacturing.
Farash will report to Mike Lanciotti, president of Rev Recreation Group. Lanciotti will retain direct responsibility for the Renegade RV brand while Tim Gray, VP/GM of Midwest Automotive Designs and Gary Conley, VP/GM of Lance, continue to report to Lanciotti.
Most recently, Farash was the group president and chief operating officer for Reading Truck Group. His responsibilities included leading the company’s 22 sites, two manufacturing locations and 20 distribution, parts and service locations. In addition to co-founding a technology start-up, Farash held senior executive roles in the specialty vehicle industry and began his career in manufacturing with Ford Motor Company, Powertrain Operations. Farash also held a leadership role at Workhorse Custom Chassis, where he manufactured and sold Type A chassis.
