Rollick Inc. hired John Neale, of Austin, Texas, as chief financial officer and Amy Norris, of Washington, D.C., as head of dealer solutions.
Neale has almost 20 years of experience in finance roles. His previous roles were with Coastal Holding Company, Retail Solutions, Inc., ClearCare and QAD. Neale will oversee Rollick’s finance and business analytics.
“John will be a tremendous contributor to Rollick’s growth over the next few years,” said Bernie Brenner, Rollick co-founder and CEO. “With his experience in both private equity and public markets, he is a great addition to our senior team.”
Norris has 15 years of experience in vehicle sales and a background in building and operating a company’s dealer acquisition strategy. She previously held sales leadership roles including Carfax and VinSolutions. Norris will set strategic direction, manage sales operations, further team building, oversee forecasting and manage tactical implementation.
“Amy has run large inside and outside sales teams for dealer sales and support,” Brenner said. “She has a record of outstanding results and I am so excited that she has joined the team.”
Rollick provides marketing technology for outdoor vehicle sales, including RVs.
