In light of the coronavirus and health concerns, Newmar President Matt Miller announced last night the annual Newmar dealer meeting scheduled for March 30 to April 1 has been cancelled… at least in its original format. The meeting was originally planned to take place at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis. Newmar was informed by the Indiana Convention Center that it would be unable to host any of the events scheduled at their facility until further notice.

Adapting to unprecedented travel and health concerns, the company is shifting its original plans to host its dealers in a virtual dealer meeting online.

“Our plans are to conduct a live webcast from Newmar’s state-of-the-art service center sometime during the dates this meeting was to be held,” Miller said.

Details, including the specific date and times, are not yet available. Miller plans to share Newmar’s plans for the future. Vice President of Sales John Sammut will share innovations incorporated into the new 2021 Newmar coaches.

Dealers will also see presentations from Newmar’s sales team walking them through features of its new units made just for the dealer meeting.

Newmar will reach out to its dealer partners with more information as soon as the details are available.

All hotel rooms have been cancelled in Indianapolis.
