For the first time in 13 years, the RV/Manufactured Housing Hall of Fame has a new president.

The new president has a familiar name.

Daryll A. Milnikel was named the new RV/MH Hall of Fame and Museum president. He takes over for Darryl Searer, who retired at the end of 2024 after serving the Hall of Fame since 2012.

Milnikel began his career with the U.S. Marine Corps, serving in roles including recruitment, human resources, transportation and security operations. His military service includes multiple combat deployments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, the military operation launched in Afghanistan after 9/11.

After his military career ended, Milnikel transitioned to the private sector, where he led product design and portfolio management initiatives for commercial and group insurance carriers, including G.E.H.A. and Humana. He also held business management roles supporting government insurance programs with WPS.

Joe Stegmayer, chairman of the board, said the RV/MH Hall of Fame is in the strongest position in its 53-year history.

He said, “As we enter the next era of growth, Daryll brings the skills and experience that will assure sound guidance for continued mission progress and development.”

Ryan Szklarek, Hall of Fame executive vice president, said the Hall of Fame’s goal is to honor the history, leaders and impact of two key industries while educating and entertaining the public.

He said, “Our team looks forward to working with Daryll on the continuous improvement of all phases of our operations.”
