RV Retailer (RVR) has acquired Marlin Ingram RV, an Alabama-based dealership specializing in Tiffin Motorhomes. The transaction was completed in April.
“We are pleased to expand into Alabama with the acquisition of Marlin Ingram RV,” RVR President and CEO Jon Ferrando said. “The store has been operating for over 35 years selling great brands like Tiffin motorhomes. This acquisition expands our sales and service network for our customers to 16 states and expands our footprint in the southeast U.S., which has excellent demographics for RV sales and service.”
RVR’s Executive VP and Chief Financial Officer John Rizzo said the stores will be part of the Eastern Region under the leadership of Don Strollo, the region’s president.
“We thank Marlin Ingram, owner of Marlin Ingram for selecting us to take the business forward,” Strollo said. “Marlin Ingram RV has an excellent mix of brands including Tiffin, Thor Motor Coach and Vanleigh.
