RVDA and KPA will co-host a year-end regulatory wrap-up webinar at 2 p.m. Eastern Dec. 3.
The association said the webinar will help RV dealers prepare for 2026 with confidence and compliance. The live session features KPA compliance experts Zach Pucillo and Amanda Rawls. The pair will provide timely updates on federal regulations and practical guidance for strengthening RV dealership safety programs.
RVDA President Phil Ingrassia said, “Dealers are dealing with an increasingly complex regulatory environment, and staying informed is essential. This webinar gives dealership leaders practical tools and insights they can use right away to strengthen workplace safety and reduce compliance risks.”
KPA said the presenters will discuss the most important regulatory changes of the past year, including recent updates that directly affect RV fixed operations, service departments and risk management.
Attendees will also learn steps to ensure the dealership’s safety program is complete, current and aligned with evolving requirements.
Pucillo and Rawls said safety pays for itself compared with the cost of an inspection or an incident. They said compliance gaps can lead to fines, violations or workplace incidents.
The webinar will offer best practices for training, documentation, and incident prevention, as well as tools to reduce risk exposure and avoid penalties.
RVDA said the webinar is recommended for dealership owners, general managers, human resources professionals, fixed operations leaders and anyone responsible for workplace safety or compliance.
