Details on speakers, education tracks and Vendor Training +Plus sessions for the 2025 RVDA Convention/Expo are now available online. The convention is Nov. 10–14 at Paris Las Vegas and the discounted registration deadline is Sept. 9.
RVDA President Phil Ingrassia said, “This year’s convention offers unmatched opportunities for dealers to stay ahead of industry trends, learn from experts and connect with leading vendors. From operational strategies to innovative marketing and service solutions, the education program is designed to deliver practical takeaways that benefit every dealership department.”
Among the agenda highlights is a panel discussion on artificial intelligence, scheduled for 1:15 p.m. Nov. 11. The panel will be moderated by Wheeler Advertising founder Ron Wheeler. Panelists will include Kenect’s Graham Anderson, iA Dealer Services’ Mark Goldsmith, Kishore Rajgopal of Rapidious and Lahzo’s Brad Shepard.
RVDA’s description of the panel says, “AI is already transforming how RV dealerships operate from lead generation and VIN decoding to digital claims and customer engagement. In this panel, industry experts will share real-world examples of how they are using AI in sales, F&I, service and marketing to boost efficiency and profitability. Walk away with practical ideas you can explore or implement now.”
Several popular speakers from past years return.
Sobel University’s Jered Sobel offers two sales workshops. The first, at 1:30 p.m. Nov. 11, is “Three Techniques Every Salesperson Should Use Every Time with Every Customer.” According to RVDA, more than 65,000 salespeople have completed Sobel’s Comprehensive Sales Course, and have shared three of their favorite sales techniques. In this session, Sobel will teach these three proven sales techniques.
Sobel’s second convention session is 12:15 p.m. Nov. 13. RVDA said the session will cover what is needed to help today’s customers confidently purchase their next RV from you.
The popular Super Lawyers panel will return as well. This year, Harold Oehler will lead a 2 p.m. Nov. 12 session titled, “Super Lawyers Take You Into the Sales and F&I Office: How to Prevent Common Consumer Claims During the Sale.” RVDA said the session will bring real-world scenarios from the sales and F&I offices to life, showing both the wrong and right ways to handle challenging customer situations.
NCM Associates Senior Advisor John Spader will guide a session on beating the market and shaping your future at 4:15 p.m. Nov. 12.
RVDA said, “This session reveals the proven models, strategies and systems top-performing dealerships use to succeed in any market. Through real-world case studies, attendees will uncover actionable insights to strengthen their operations and secure long-term profitability.”
