RVDA of Canada Webinar Focuses on Employee Retention

The RVDA of Canada is holding an online webinar on employee retention Feb. 10.

RVDA of Canada is asking dealership owners to ask themselves one question: What if the secret to attracting and keeping top talent was not in your budget, but in your behavior?

To answer the question, the association scheduled an online webinar in early February, “Why Would Anyone Want to Work Here? Building an Ethical Culture That Attracts and Retains Top Talent.”

RVDA of Canada said the webinar is ideal for dealership owners, general managers, managers and HR professionals.

“Discover how to build a workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent through ethical leadership and intentional organizational practices,” organizers said. “Learn the six critical factors employees seek, understand the difference between culture and climate and gain actionable strategies you can implement immediately.”

A question-and-answer session will follow the half-hour webinar.

Protective Asset Protection Vice President of Training and Specialty Sales Dr. Bill Koster will lead the session.

RVDA of Canada said attendees will learn why 90% of employee behavior is driven by culture, how to measure culture, what causes employees to disengage and how to prevent it.

The webinar begins at 1 p.m. EST on Feb. 10.

“The problem is not your compensation package,” organizers said, “it is your culture.”

Interested parties can register for the webinar online.
