RVDA Seeks Convention Partners

RVDA released its exhibitor prospectus for companies interested in 2024 RVDA Convention/Expo participation at Paris Las Vegas, Nov. 11-15.

The prospectus lists 2024 sponsorships, partnerships, Vendor Training +Plus (VTP) and booth pricing.

RVDA President Phil Ingrassia said that partners and sponsors “gain access to industry-specific workshops and networking events that allow them to connect with potential new customers as well as nurture existing business relationships.”

Partners and sponsors will be granted exhibit space access.

Vendors can host live and virtual VTP sessions. For an additional charge, VTP sessions provide companies with the opportunity to present content. Exhibitors can conduct an hour-long workshop with in-depth product or service information, educational demos or case studies. RVDA said workshop availability is limited.

A virtual booth component enables exhibitors to digitally connect with RV dealers. The option includes video, email, appointment scheduling and a live chat. Exhibitor brochures and other promotional materials will be available for direct download. Exhibiting companies can be searched by company name, product/service category and keywords.

RVDA provides digital exhibitors with analytics. RVDA said its platform provides follow-up appointments, booth activity monitoring and visitor information tracking outside of designated expo hours.
