The RV Dealers Association shared a webinar about “when employees won’t come back to work” with the RV industry this week, free of charge. The free RVDA learning center video can be accessed here.

The association has been partnering with KPA through the Mike Molino RV Learning Center to produce video sessions and webinars sharing information about best practices for the workplace under COVID-19. The RVDA shared a free, 15-minute sample from the series this week.

The video, titled “Recall from Furlough or Layoff: Handling Delays and Refusals,” is part of KPA’s series on frequently asked coronavirus HR questions.

“As businesses reopen and employees are called back to work, dealers and other employers face the issue of staff members who are delaying or refusing to return,” the RVDA announced. “In this 15-minute on-demand video, RVDA associate member KPA discusses the basics of layoffs, furloughs, delays and exceptions to returning to work, and disabilities continuing beyond FFCRA.”
