RVIA Provides Standards and Regulations Training

The RVIA Standards team is offering RV manufacturers standards and regulations training. The training can be held at a member’s site or at the RV Technical Institute.

Upon request, the association will provide courses covering six different areas in which RV manufacturers can self-certify. The areas encompass disciplines from the National Fire Protection Agency’s 1192 and National Electric Code as well as ANSI/RVIA LV and the RVIA Adopted Standards.

The Standards team will provide training in:

  • 120V (NFPA 70 – National Electric Code)
  • Fire and Life Safety – (NFPA 1192)
  • Fuel Systems and Equipment – (NFPA 1192)
  • Low Voltage – (ANSI/RVIA LV)
  • Plumbing – (NFPA 1192)
  • Testing – (NFPA 1192, NFPA 70, Adopted Standards)
