RVIA members are invited to gain a deeper understanding of new RV owners during an upcoming workshop. The event is the association’s first in-person session since the pandemic caused many workshops to be hosted virtually.

Scheduled on June 23, the 90-minute event will cover new RVers who entered the market in the past year, along with those intending to buy in the next five years. A panel of research, marketing and advertising experts will provide insight into how the RV industry can keep demand momentum going.

Based on the Go RVing RV Owner Demographic Profile, the webinar will provide insight on bringing new consumers into the market while balancing current RVers’ needs and expectations.

Panelists will discuss key research results and how to best utilize the findings to create “impactful connections” through targeted messaging and customer service. Panelists include Ipsos’ Tim Reimer, who oversaw Go RVing’s demographic study. The discussion will be moderated by Go RVing VP of Brand Marketing Karen Redfern and RVIA Senior Director of Membership and Research Bill Baker.

“This workshop is a must-attend for any RVIA member looking to better understand today’s RV owners and the best ways to reach and convert a more diverse customer in the future,” the association stated.

“Workshop: Deep Dive into The Go RVing Owner Demographic Profile” is scheduled from 1 to 2:30 p.m. EST June 23 at the Lerner Theater in Elkhart, Indiana. Those interested can register here.
