RVLC Provides Online Service Manager Courses

Service manager training is the newest addition to the Mike Molino RV Learning Center’s selection of online courses to help dealers and fixed operations professionals.

The Service Manager Online Course contains 14 learning modules with interactive training. The course typically takes five hours to complete. A module-by-module breakdown can be viewed here.

Course completion helps experienced fixed operations personnel prepare for the RVLC’s service manager certification. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in a service management role or similar position to be eligible for certification.

Service manager certification candidates must submit an application form with a $249 fee, then take and pass a timed, online exam.

RVDA President Phil Ingrassia said, “Service management plays a critical role in the dealership’s fixed operations success. This training from the RV Learning Center helps service managers build leadership and customer service skills, and it also helps them prepare for certification.”
