RVshare, an RV renting agency, partnered with Spot2Nite to create a travel package for the April 8, 2024, solar eclipse.

RVshare data reported a 324% booking increase for April 8, compared with 2024 Memorial Day weekend bookings. The RVshare 2024 Travel Trend Report reported 53% of Americans are planning to travel to view the solar eclipse.
The companies’ travel packages include reservations at one of over 180 Spot2Nite campground locations along the solar eclipse’s path. The package also includes the choice of a travel trailer able to sleep six people from RVshare.
Packages include campgrounds with access to power, water and waste services. RVs include fresh linens, bedding, towels and other amenities. Designated campground parking for one vehicle is included.
In one booking experience, customers can browse the eclipse path and campground locations, choose a campground, select an RV and reserve a campground spot.
