Evel Knievel’s grandson dares to begin a new venture as he joins services provider Informativ as its new vice president of business development.

Curtis Knievel said he is excited to contribute to the credit-focused lead enrichment, credit report and compliance solutions provider.

In his new role, Knievel will enhance the company’s automotive partnerships and expand its relationships to RV dealers and others. Knievel will identify new markets, partners, channels and customers that would benefit from Informativ’s credit, compliance and lead generation technology. He will facilitate new integrations as well.

A passion for automobiles and motorcycles sparked in Knievel as a child as he watched his family test the limits of machines. His uncle set motorcycle jump records and his father set the car-jump world record in July 1978. While Knievel’s family set auto records, Knievel holds decades of experience building credit-focused businesses in the automotive and financial services industries.

Informativ CEO David Carner said, “Curtis’ extensive experience building strategic relationships and his wide network of contacts within the automotive industry perfectly support Informativ’s goals for growth and success.”

Before joining Informativ, Knievel served as Self Financial vice president of strategy, Renttrack partner and chief revenue officer and Levelcredit partner and chief revenue officer. Knievel was a founding partner of a company providing credit reports to automotive dealers and others.

“Curtis’ expertise in credit and compliance, having built a company from the ground up,” Carner said, “greatly benefits our existing clients and new partners.”
