Sobel Course Addresses Changing Market

Sobel University added a new curriculum to the upcoming virtual Comprehensive Sales Course.

The course is scheduled from July 31-Aug. 4.

Sobel University President Jered Sobel said RV consumers are more educated when they first contact dealerships and thus require an in-depth skillset from their salesperson.

“With a higher percentage of customers reaching out over phone or internet, salespeople need to have the technical abilities to communicate the service they can expect at your dealership and convert those customers to solid appointments,” Sobel said. “These technical skills will be built into all upcoming courses starting with our virtual course the first week of August.”

The Comprehensive Sales Course is a market-adaptive training program for new and experienced salespeople, managers and dealers. The course is a boot-camp style class with eight hours of classroom instruction, homework every night and exams every day.

Sobel University offers multiple experience levels and an ever-evolving curriculum. Salespeople can expect to increase their efficiency whether it is their first attendance or their 15th.
