Sobel to Speak on Lead Generation, Customer Retention

RV industry veteran and Sobel University President Jered Sobel will discuss lead development methods during a digital marketing and sales workshop at the RVDA Convention/Expo.

The Convention/Expo will take place Nov. 6-10, 2023, at Paris Las Vegas.

With a new customer generation seeking the cheapest deal rather than exhibiting customer loyalty, many dealers are seeing a need to develop new leads for potential buyers.

From 3:15-4:15 p.m. Nov. 9, Sobel will present “Where Did Customer Loyalty Go? Lead Development & Client Retention.”

The workshop will review lead development and client retention structure and systems that are strong enough to withstand all future markets and transitions. Years in business generated internet leads, walk-ins, repeat and referral customers. The session will show attendees how to capitalize on all of them.

During the workshop, attendees will learn:

  • Ways to increase productivity by understanding how internet leads, walk-ins, repeat and referral customers all want to buy
  • How your lead development system should transition into your selling system and then into long-term client retention
  • Systems that are strong enough to withstand all future markets and transitions
