Business development specialist Dom Zappia, a new RVDA Convention/Expo speaker, will host an educational workshop in the digital marketing track. The session will teach attendees processes and strategies to consistently convert more sales when handling internet and phone leads.
The RVDA Convention/Expo will take place Nov. 7-11, 2022, at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
“Putting the Development in BDC: Processes & Strategies that Work” is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 10, and will help dealers with executing internet lead cultivation processes and strategies, implementing in-bound and out-bound phone call training tools and developing phone-up handling processes and strategies.
Zappia is Relentless Dealer Services’ vice president of operations. He is passionate about educating and leading others, RVIA said.
Zappia has worked with more than 100 RV, marine and automotive dealerships around the country.
