Trim Lok has created a patented all-in-one Wipe Seal System for RV slide outs.
The system provides a seal around the slide-out room opening with no corner seams. The system features a bulb with an “outer leg” that creates a sealing surface against slide-out fascia and acts as a gutter to divert water away from a room opening.
According to Trim Lok, the all-in-one Wipe Seal System can make a perfect 90-degree turn without a seam in the bulb if a three-quarters-inch cut is made through the flap and base at the upper corners of the room opening. The result is a continuous seal around the top and sides of the room opening.
Trim Lok recently expanded the company’s Midwest operations and opened a new manufacturing facility in Elkhart, Indiana. The company has provided edge trims and bulb seals to the RV industry for 50 years.
