Supplier Debuts Digital Sales Solution

Technology company, Digital Lead Performance (DLP), launched a digital sales solution software, LeadHelm.

According to DLP, the software simplifies the digital buying experience for both customers and dealerships across the country.

DLP, a motorcycle and power sports supplier, is new to the RV, marine and automotive markets.

LeadHelm makes it easy for dealers to communicate with their digital customers quickly and effectively, DLP said. LeadHelm organizes, manages and prioritizes digital leads.

The program captures, tracks, and alerts dealers about their most important leads, propelling their dealership’s digital lead conversions faster than ever before, the company said. According to LeadHelm, the solution helps dealers to influence their customer’s buying journey and convert the sale faster and more efficiently.

“We set out to develop a lead management solution for our team who is managing over 15,000 new leads per month while continuing to follow up with prior month leads,” LeadHelm Chief Executive Officer Scott Fischer said. “We learned quickly that LeadHelm was the digital sales solution our industry needed.”

The company focused on creating a simple, high-performing solution for dealers to manage digital leads in-house and had the solution a year later, Fischer said.

LeadHelm includes:

  • A business intelligence core is made up of strategic integrations, data clarity capabilities, accountability tools and reporting
  • A user dashboard to manage and prioritize leads
  • An integrated communication platform to track historical conversations and provide customized communication features
  • LeadHelm includes a training academy featuring live and recorded instructional material

The sales solution software is fully integrated with CDK Global and Eleads CRM. According to DLP, LeadHelm helps dealers to reduce the systems needed and maximize efforts as well as simplifies KPIs and metrics.
