Design Engineering, Inc.’s (DEI) unveiled its expanded custom-cut van insulation kit line.
The kits now are available for 2023 Ford Transit models and 2022 Ram ProMaster cargo vans.
Custom insulation kits are available for certain models of Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans made in model year 2007 or newer.
“Transit and ProMaster custom cut insulation kits are an excellent addition to our line of Sprinter van kits,” said Mike Buca, product manager at DEI. “They take the guesswork out of creating a cool, quiet and comfortable interior for your Transit and ProMaster vans.”
The insulation kits include pre-cut insulation pieces for interior areas. Installation uses custom-cut 30mm and 12mm thick D-Mat insulation to keep the cabin comfortable. Boom Mat damping material eliminates squeaks, rattles and vibrations.
