Aftermarket air suspension manufacturer Air Lift Co. has updated a kit in its LoadLifter series, the LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate. The kit features an internal jounce bumper.

Air Lift air springs work with a vehicle’s existing suspension to eliminate poor headlight aim, unresponsive steering, body roll and bottoming out. The air springs level out a vehicle, enabling drivers to tow and haul safely and comfortably, Air Lift said.

The LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate offers support for the heaviest tows with an internal jounce bumper that absorbs shock.

“Even heavy-duty 3/4-ton and one-ton trucks need a boost when towing hefty loads, such as machinery, large fifth wheels, vehicles or similar,” said Cody Wolgamott, Air Lift product marketing manager. “That is where our LoadLifter 75000 XL kits come into play, utilizing the largest bags of any of our kits at the 7-inch diameter and the highest leveling capacity at 7,5000 pounds, to make towing or hauling with even the biggest trucks a comfortable and stress-free experience.”

The closed-cell urethane foam jounce bumper inside the air spring provides an air cushion absorbing shock, eliminating jarring on rough roads and protecting vehicles carrying heavy loads, the company said. The kit features upper and lower roll plates for added protection.

All end caps are made with an ultra-high-strength nylon composite formula. The air springs are reinforced with two-ply fabric.

The LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate has up to 20% more air spring volume when compared with Air Lift’s LoadLifter 5000 series, Air Lift said. The air springs are maintenance-free, can run safely on zero air pressure and are adjustable from 5 PSI to 100 PSI.

With the added stability air springs provide, consumers can haul safely, Air Lift said, with braking and steering control.

Air Lift load support air springs are backed by an industry-exclusive lifetime warranty covering the air spring kit contents.

Air Lift Co., founded in 1949, is a third-generation, family-owned suspension specialty company based in Lansing, Michigan. For more information click here.
