Seeing improvements at an employee’s individual level is the focus of The Omnia Group’s upcoming webinar. The webinar will put a “personality twist” on performance reviews.
Scheduled for 12:30 p.m. EST May 11, the company will cover how to use personality insight to get the most from a business’s performance improvement process. The Omnia Group’s chief revenue officer, Keather Snyder, will host the discussion with a focus on employees’ personal characteristics.
