The North American Trailer Dealers Association (NATDA) is requesting nominations for its new Dealer Advisory Board.

The board will involve active U.S. and Canada-based dealer members who will aid the association on dealer-related matters. NATDA stated ideal candidates are those who bring experience, knowledge and know-how to the table on overall industry needs and concerns.

“NATDA is searching for dealer members who are passionate about the industry and want to see it not only survive, but grow within the years to come,” the association stated.

Participation requirements would involve a one-year commitment term, NATDA stated, with the board member representing the association’s values as an ambassador. Other requirements include being available for consultation throughout the year, attending scheduled quarterly calls with association staff, participating in certain events such as the annual NATDA Trailer Show and maintaining an active association membership throughout the board term.

“Participation will be recognized throughout the year on the NATDA website and at the annual NATDA Trailer Show,” the association stated. “NADTA will also provide one free hotel night to all board members during the [event].”

Those interested in nominating a dealer member can access the form here. Submissions must be received by Feb. 24.

The association serves the light and medium-duty trailer industry by connecting dealers, manufacturers and suppliers.
