Type B Manufacturer Sold to Private Equity

Private equity firm Corinthian Capital Management, LLC has acquired Type B custom motorhome manufacturer Ultimate Toys Inc.

Ultimate Toys is based in Cincinnati and was founded in 2017 by father and son Gary and Josh Green.

The manufacturer makes six Type B models on Mercedes Sprinter chassis and a teardrop camper.

“The opportunity to be the first institutional investor in Ultimate Toys, a rapidly growing, innovative business with a large addressable market, fits squarely within Corinthian’s target investment parameters,” said Kenneth Clay, Corinthian managing partner.

Debt financing for the transaction was provided by Turning Rock Partners, L.P. Latham & Watkins LLP represented Corinthian Capital on the transaction. Ultimate Toys Inc. was advised by Livingstone, an international middle market investment banking practice.
