Gift bags filled with wooden ornaments, Christmas cards, cookies, party mix, personal care items and activity books arrived at the Indiana Veterans Home on a December day.

KZ RV and parent company Venture RV delivered gifts to 125 residents in West Lafayette, Indiana. This is the first year KZ/Venture and the Elkhart Vette Set Corvette club collaborated to deliver gifts around the holidays. Venture said the event will continue annually.

Venture RV said, “This outreach, especially at Christmastime, meant a lot to them. They do not get a lot of visitors—this facility is for veterans who have medical needs, no family and no other place to go.”

Over the past 10 years, KZ and Venture employees worked with the Elkhart Vette Set to contribute veteran donations.

Venture RV said, “The collaborative effort and the outpouring of support from the community and various organizations exemplify the spirit of giving and gratitude.”
